Darkroom Data Share New Single ‘90s Double Vision’

Irish indie electro pop duo Darkroom Data, consisting of Irish vocalist Gillian NoVa and Brazilian composer Márcio Paz, have just shared their brand new single 90s Double Vision, a chill indie-pop gem.

Following the success of their last two tracks Fall With You and First Echo, 90s Double Vision finds Darkroom Data returning with their most polished indie pop track yet, tracing the joys and perils of loving dangerously in 2026. This is a song about wishing for connection of any kind, at any cost. Where the reward for taking risks is the discovery of new perspectives in unexpected places. And finding, in the process, that quiet powerhouse of emotions, hope. Hope for yourself and hope for the future.

A relatable storytelling which is beautifully conveyed through Gillian NoVa's smooth, enchanting vocals which glide effortlessly over the dreamy indie-pop production. Apart from her gorgeous vocals and dreamy harmonies I am very fond of the lush keys which are nicely intertwined with steady drum beats, expansive synths, killer bass, and captivating rhythms, together creating an overall warm, laid-back listening experience with a nostalgic touch.

The track’s nostalgic sound will feature on the soundtrack of a 2027 short film by Irish Director Oonagh Quinn (Baby's Last Ride, Mr Sun), which centres around the highs and lows of a night at the Debs in 1989.
