San Francisco Bay Area band Kelp Monkey, consisting of singers, songwriters and musicians Joe Morishige and Jacey Beaucage, have just shared a lovely live performance of their single As I Did Not Know. 

 

What I like the most about this song/performance is how intimate it is, packed with tons of heart and raw emotion. I am really enjoying the passionate vocals and how the emotion pouring from them is effortlessly enhanced by the intricate acoustic guitar-based melody. As I Did Not Know is an introspective piece of music taken from their upcoming debut album Songs Under The Cherry Tree, set to arrive later this year.
