Arc is Everything Everything's upcoming album out on January 14th and I've been lucky enough to have already listened to it! I was pretty much sold after their singles Cough Cough and Kemosabe and now after listening to the whole album I am left with just one word: WOW! This indie band has somewhat embraced a certain type of pop music with very compelling lyrics. Throughout the album you are drawn by incredibly catchy hooks and Jonathan's beautiful voice. Duet is a track I strongly wish to be their next single, its strings just take me back to a very good moment in life and to me this is their Bittersweet Symphony. The Peaks is another personal favourite track, its melancholic feel draws me in and I just love songs like these! I could go on and on here just telling you all how incredible this album is but I think you should buy it and you will agree with me, I'm sure! Strongly recommend it. 9/10 rating for sure!

Arc é o 2º álbum dos Everything Everything e irá sair a 14 de janeiro. Eu já tive a sorte de o poder ouvir na sua íntegra e simplesmente amei! Os temas Cough Cough e Kemosabe conquistaram-me, tornando-me assim num fã da banda. O álbum tem o seu quê de alternativo mas para mim a banda fez a sua própria adaptação de música pop!! A voz de Jonathan conquistou-me e brilha ao longo destas belas 13 faixas. É um álbum com hooks bem viciantes e com letras brilhantes. Duet é outra faixa que adoro, o uso das cordas me remete para uma espécie de Bittersweet Symphony do século 21! :) The Peaks é para mim uma das faixas mais emocionais e melancólicas e eu devoro música assim! :) Excelente álbum. Recomendo fortemente, não vão se desapontar. Nota 9/10!
