Tessa Rae Unveils New Single ‘All I Ever Wanted Was Us’

American singer and songwriter Tessa Rae shares her brand new single All I Ever Wanted Was Us, a dreamy indie-pop gem.

The latest single to be taken from her forthcoming EP, Pearl, which includes the previously released gems Lovers Always Lose and Trust The Feeling, All I Ever Wanted Was Us finds the talented artist channelling the wistful coming-of-age spirit of the early 2010s as she revisits a tumultuous first love and what it means to care for someone through their darkest days. A song that highlights the bittersweet realisation that loving someone deeply doesn't guarantee a fairytale ending.

This relatable story is flawlessly conveyed through Rae's dreamy, spellbinding vocals and layered harmonies which are accompanied by infectious drum patterns which are nicely intertwined with lush guitar strums, cinematic strings and airy textures that come together to create an overall warm, hazy atmosphere perfect for laid-back days.
