The follow up to the upbeat Feel So Good, Energy is a reminder that not everyone deserves access to your energy, especially when you've worked hard to become who you are. It's a song about setting boundaries, embracing your individuality and turning personal struggles into strength. It's about knowing exactly who you are and refusing to let anyone take that away.
