Prolific pop artist and virtuoso pianist, Saint Micah (the moniker of South Carolina-native Micah McLaurin) has just shared his brand new single Papillon, a confident dance-pop/indietronica cut out now via Casa Doce Music. 

 

The follow up to his high-intensity single The Grind, Papillon finds the talented artist capturing the metamorphic thrill of new love, and the feeling of getting butterflies in your stomach when you're falling for someone. A relatable story that is beautifully conveyed through Micah's smooth, expressive vocals which soar effortlessly over the upbeat production. ‘Papillon,’ French for butterfly, is inspired by the feeling of getting butterflies in your stomach when you like someone new. I’ve had this experience a few times and I think many other people have, too. I love the beautiful French-inspired piano bridge. It gives me butterflies.
