Zahra Deljoui Releases New Single ‘Unnumbed’

British-Iranian alt-pop artist Zahra Deljoui has just shared her brand new single Unnumbed, a powerful and personal song about generational trauma. 

 

The follow up to her protest anthem Freedom Azadi Azadi, and the vulnerable See You In The Clouds, Unnumbed finds the talented artist exploring the process of letting go of destructive coping mechanisms and reconnecting with emotion after years of dissociation and self-medication. It captures the uneasy but powerful feeling of finally waking up to yourself: raw, exposed, nervous, but fully alive. This is a bold and empowering song about choosing to feel everything, even when it short circuits, bevcause being unnumbed and alive is worth every uncomfortable moment.
