‘Fired’ is a feel good break up song, I wrote this with my best friend in mind. She was going through a break up at the time. I didn’t want it to be a typical sad break up song, I want anyone who’s experiencing that to feel in control of their situation and empowered to keep pushing. If you’re going to cry over a boy, at least dance around the kitchen looking hot whilst doing it???!! That’s what this song is for.
