I’ve always been a big sucker for nostalgia. It sort of sneaks up on me from time to time and it can be such a place of comfort: to revisit your memories over and over. But the past is a fleeting thing in the sense that a certain place or certain people, certain feelings that I would long for no longer exist in the same way they did back when I was younger. And that’s a concept that was so hard for me to let go of. To me, ‘everything, everything’ has now become that place that I can go back to time and time again, knowing it will gladly stay the same.
