Rita Ora Shares New Version Of ‘Shape Of Me’ ft. Keith Urban

Multi-platinum artist Rita Ora has released a brand-new version of her song Shape Of Me featuring her co-star from The Voice Australia and country music icon Keith Urban.

Out now on BMG Rights Management (UK) Limited, this new version revamps the original, present on her You & I album which came out last year, and pairs Rita's gorgeous vocals with Urban's passionate tone (and guitar skills), both exuding so much soul and emotion that effortlessly connect listeners to her relatable storytelling. Shape Of Me is an ode to Rita Ora's mother and its accompanying music video pays tribute to this with a montage of Rita’s family home movies filmed on VHS.

Speaking about this new version, Rita Ora said,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUM! We've been through everything together. You've always been such a beautiful inspiration in my life and in my music. I wanted to write a song about you for the longest time, so when Shape Of Me was written by me and the You & I writing squad for my album and released, I was finally able to share so much that I’ve been feeling about you. It really became clear how much love you've shown me and how much you've taught me over the years!! SO, what better way to say HBD then to share a new version of it with the AMAZING Keith Urban. He helped me make it that much more special as this song is also showing appreciation to all the women in your life! So surprise mum this one is for you! Happy 60th!

When I did The Voice with Rita we just clicked right away. She’s great energy to be around and she’s a bad ass singer. So, when she sent me this song and asked if I wanted to sing with her on it, I said, ‘Can I play guitar too?’. I love how it turned out !!!
