Curtis Walsh Shares Acoustic Version Of ‘Midnight’

Following the sucess of the original single version, Irish singer and songwriter Curtis Walsh has just shared and acoustic version of his stunning single Midnight, out now via Paragon Records.

I adore Curtis Walsh's powerful, dynamic vocal delivery which is packed with so much raw emotion that effortlessly connects the listeners to his storytelling. With the original being produced by Barcelona based producer Brad Mair, the song is an emotional, upbeat but reflective piano-based song co-written by Curtis, Archie Langley (aka St. Lundi) and Mair. I am a sucker for acoustic versions as they beautifully enhance the emotion pouring from Curtis Walsh's vocals. I am particularly fond of the pairing of lush piano chords and intricate acoustic guitar riffs that create an overall warm and intimate atmosphere packed with raw and honest emotion. Check it out below!

Speaking about the song, Curtis Walsh said,
Midnight was written about being there for a loved one in dark times. Funny how it seems to be during the middle of the night when they feel most vulnerable and open to expressing what’s on their mind. The song is ultimately about how you intend to always be there for them during those rough nights.
