German enigmatic indie duo I Want Poetry, consisting of Tine von Bergen (singer/songwriter) and Till Moritz Moll (pianist/composer), have just shared their brand new single Souvenirs, a dreamy indietronica cut about trying to preserve the precious moments of our lives. 

 

I am loving Tine von Bergen's enchanting and evocative vocals which are nicely backed by a captivating electronic productin, effortlessly creating a warm and somewhat hypnotic atmosphere. Taken from their upcoming Solace EP, which is set to arrive this May, Souvenirs is a song about the all-too-human desire to hold onto the fleeting precious moments of our lives, a message that is wrapped around a captivating blend of electronic sounds, experimental sounds and acoustic instruments with a driving beat, drawing the listener into a vortex of hazy memories.
