Levi Lights On Project Unveils New Single ‘Like A Tie’
Levi Lights On Project, the musical outfit of Auckland-based, Samoan born Michael Levin Sesega (Levi), has just shared his latest single Like A Tie, a song about freeing ourselves of the day to day chains which bind so many of us.
I am loving Levi's distinctive, gravelly vocal delivery that is packed with so much emotion and flows effortlessly over the beautiful instrumentation. I am really enjoying the guitar melodies and how Levi delivers a catchy pop song that beautifully blends several instruments including a fluttering saxophone and moody cello strings (my favourite element in the song), to make a unique sound. Levi's thought-provoking lyrics combined with his powerful vocals and beautiful melodies make Like A Tie quite an enthralling listening experience and I think you guys will enjoy it as much as I am. I've been through education; and I've been through the career which that education led me to. I left it all behind with dissatisfaction and wrote this song.
