CatchTwentyTwo Drops New Single ‘Solar Flare’
American singer, songwriter and producer CatchTwentyTwo is back with his brand new single Solar Flare, the follow up to last month's Run Away.

This is his sixth song and, like his previous releases, Solar Flare was produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by CatchTwentyTwo in his bedroom. Once again what caught my attention to this song was its 80s synthpop vibe and his distinctive, smooth vocal delivery. I love how he beautifully combines elements of lo-fi, dark r&b and pop to create his unique sound that has vibes of Michael Jackson meets Daft Punk meets The Weeknd.
I am also enjoying how the delicate piano keys give the track a dose of emotion and the overall chilled out production, packed with groovy melodies and bright synth lines, makes this a great song for a laid-back weekend at home. Check it out below!

Speaking about the song, CatchTwentyTwo said,
In this piece, I'm talking about situations we've all been through, but I wanted to say something almost "fox" like this time, my little brother said that about this song, for some reason, I dig it. I sing about feeling for a person that's in an invested relationship and can't break away from it, but... I know she wants me, she wants the fun, and I tell her. I convince her and bring her into my world. I tell her things "he" doesn't tell her in this song. Back again with vintage sounds with the synths, and dance esque piano.
