Louis Tomlinson and Steve Aoki perform "Just Hold On!" On X-Factor

Hey guys! Louis Tomlinson joined forces with Steve Aoki to perform his debut single as a solo act, Just Hold On!, on last night's X-Factor UK final! This was an emotional performance for the singer who lost his mother, Johannah Deakin, on December 7th after a battle with leukaemia.
