Camp Crush, a Portland-based husband and wife duo consisting of Jennifer Deale (synths, keys, vocals) and Chris Spicer (drums, vocals), have just shared their brand new single Good Girls Never Die, a hazy sytnhpop/new-wave cut. 

 

Good Girls Never Die is a darkly cinematic track about cutting toxic people out of your life, cutting the unhealthy cords that don’t serve us anymore. It's a haunting and boldly theatrical track about being deceived by someone who played the saint whilst doing the devil's work. A song that is beautifully conveyed through Jennifer Deale's smooth, ethereal-like vocals and harmonies which are nicely accompanied by upbeat drum beats, captivating bass, rich textures and lush synth lines that come together to create an overall warm, dreamy atmosphere.
