Singapore-born, NYC Queer Pop Artist Kyle Waves has just shared his brand new single Picture In My Phone, a groovy indie-electronic/dance-pop gem.
Out now via Sprout Entertainment, Picture In My Phone finds the talented artist capturing the emotional turning point of choosing self-preservation over familiarity. He describes the end of the relationship despite lingering feelings, where they struggle with the temptation to reconnect but ultimately choose self-control and independence instead. A message beautifully conveyed through his silky smooth and effortless vocal delivery which glides seamlessly over a production built around strobe-soaked house beats and soft piano lines, being the first step in a darker, sexier, and more grown-up sound. Accompanying the release, the talented artist shares its official music video which was directed by Ben See-Tho. Check it out below!
