Glasgow-based, 18-year-old singer and songwriter Kerr Mercer has just shared his brand new single Terrified, a raw, heartfelt pop gem. 

 

Out now via AWAL Recordings, Terrified is Mercer's second ever song released and finds him pouring his heart out and gifting up with a raw, vulnerable and heartfelt gem that gave me goosebumps right from the start. Terrified is a song about being unbearably worried that you're not enough for someone; about being in a loving relationship shadowed by deep insecurity, not feeling worthy of that kind of love. It's a song about the vulnerability of being truly known but terrified that you might not measure up to their expectations.
