Tamara Lee Shares Debut Single ‘Touch and Go’

Newcomer Tamara Lee makes a striking entrance in the music world with the release of her debut single Touch and Go, a danceable electro-pop cut out via Now Listen. 

 

Touch and Go finds the Hong Kong-born, UK-based artist drawing from deeply personal experiences of emotional instability, generational trauma and the nuanced ways love is learned and unlearned. The song captures the emotional whiplash of an on-and-off relationship that never settles, sharing a message of longing and frustration about knowing the relationship isn't stable but one cannot help being pulled back every time it feels almost right. 

 

A song that portrays vulnerability, attachement and self-protection, Touch and Go finds the talented artist beautifully showcasing her smooth, expressive vocals over an upbeat atmospheric production. Apart from her lush vocals, I am particularly fond of the driving beat that is nicely intertwined with subtle synths and killer rhythms that come together to create an overall danceable, yet emotional, atmosphere perfect for a night out!
