Canadian singer/songwriter Dylan De Braga shares the official studio version of his stellar single Hold The Door, a heartfelt pop gem out now via Indica Records. 

 

I shared the live folk/acoustic-pop version of this song back in July of last year and now the artist shares its finished, studio version that brings an indie-pop production to his relatable storytelling. Hold The Door was written in the aftermath of a painful, heart-shattering breakup and finds the talented artist pouring his heart out from start to finish. What I like the most about the song is how passionate and heartfelt his vocal delivery is, effortlessly making us feel the pain and raw emotion pouring from his voice as he transforms personal grief into a universal meditation on loss, healing, and resilience. This version pairs emotive piano keys with steady drum beats and soaring guitar riffs that ebb and flow in energy to match the raw emotion pouring from his voice.
