Me The Machine Shares New Single ‘War In Silence’

Alternative singer-songwriter and actor Me The Machine has released his newest guttural track, War In Silence, in collaboration with Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoka and artist Ando San.

I don't usually share alternative rock music but this one just won me over from the start, giving me Linkin Park vibes with a cinematic touch. I am loving how passionate and powerful his vocal delivery is and how it blends perfectly with Ando San’s evocative feature, where he scathingly raps over the nu-metal score, wrestling with policies seeped in oppression. Taken from his upcoming album The Flesh of The Innocent, War In Silence is a song about how important it is to use our time on earth wisely, calling out current political strife due to social deadlock. This gem perfectly combines Y2K nu-metal with Yamaoka’s cinematic underscoring, coalescing in a gothic, pulsating single with grunting riffs and splintering drum breakdowns.

Speaking about the song, Me The Machine said,
‘War In Silence’ is fueled by the desire to express how imperative it is to use our time on earth wisely and fight against the ties that bind us. How can we love ourselves if we don’t have the capacity to love one another?
