Rita Ora Shares New Single ‘Heat’

Multi-platinum selling artist Rita Ora is back with her hotly anticipated new single Heat - arriving on the same day as her performance today, June 6th, at the World Pride Music Festival in Washington, D.C.. 

 

Produced by Peter Thomas (P!nk, Selena Gomez, Teddy Swims), who co-wrote the song alongside Leland, Michael Matosic, and Troye Sivan, Heat is a vibrant and playful pop song perfect for a carefree summer's day. A song packed with passion and sensuality that finds the talented artist capturing the intense physical and emotional desire for someone - craving for their touch, and heat. It beautifully showcases the magnetic and irresistible pull that someone has on you while you're deeply infatuated and attracted to them, all this wrapped around an upbeat, sun-soaked and danceable electro-pop production.

The accompanying video for Heat, directed by Justin Daashuur Hopkins, was filmed on a vibrant, sun-drenched stretch of Miami Beach and plunges us into a surreal, high-energy day in the lives of the city’s most eclectic beachgoers.
