Nate Currin Shares New Single ‘The Highway’

American singer and songwriter Nate Currin shares his brand new single The Highway, a stripped down, eerie Country/Americana gem about an intense longing to be with someone. 
 
Taken from his upcoming album Ghost Town, set to arrive on August 1st via Archaic Cannon Records, The Highway is a heartbreak song, feeling destroyed and leaving home in search of truth and healing on the open road. It highlights how, despite the loneliness and cold, no one else compares to the one who once lit a fire in their chest. A heartfelt piece of music that is flawlessly conveyed through his stunning, emotional vocals which are accompanied by delicate pedal steel and slide guitar touches that are seamlessly intertwined with sparse piano keys and killer drum beats that come together to create an overall warm, intimate atmosphere packed with soul and emotion!

I was more serious with her than anyone. We broke up and I was destroyed. No one’s inspired me more. It ended in a devastating fashion. I’d never given myself to someone in the way I did to her… and never will again. After all those years in the RV, hundreds of thousands of miles. I always wanted someone to ask me to stay. I thought it was her. It wasn’t. I don’t know if I’ll ever be the same.
