Oklahoma City-based multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter Josh Fudge shares his brand new single missurlove., an upbeat but melancholic song about the consequences of indecision. 

 

I am a fan of Fudge's smooth, delicate vocals which glide seamlessly over the infectious Bedroom / Lo-fi Pop production. missurlove. captures the emotional weight of frustration and regret, showing a tension between the desire to break free and the acceptance of a stagnant life. Apart from his gorgeous, expressive vocal delivery I am particularly fond of the tight drum patterns which are beautifully intertwined with lush guitar lines and rich synth textures that come together to create an overall warm, melancholic atmosphere with danceable/upbeat melodies.
