Following last month's melancholic Pleased to Meet Me, The Edge of the World finds the talented artist singing about going to that special place we have when we want a little room to breathe, to feel peace, to reset. This relatable message is flawlessly conveyed through her smooth, delicate vocals which exude so much soul and emotion that instantly makes the song a memorable listening experience. Backing her lovely vocals and angelic harmonies, I am particularly fond of the steady fingerpicking guitar accented by orchestral quivers and spacey plunks that come together to create an overall warm, comforting atmosphere.
