Bellah Mae Shares New Single ‘Hell & Never Back’

Following the release of her heartfelt ballad 2053, British storyteller and lyricist Bellah Mae shares her emotionally-charged new single Hell & Never Back.

The latest single to be taken from her sophomore EP, Never Waste A Heartbreak, which will arrive on June 7th, Hell & Never Back is a reflective anthem that drives Bellah further into her Sad Girl Era, singing about going through a rough heartbreak.

This gem was written by Bellah in Nashville alongside long-term collaborator Alex O’Shaughnessy and Nashville native Brett Truitt, and finds the talented artist embracing her roots through country-inspired, honest lyricism. Apart from her gorgeous vocals and songwriting skills, I am very fond of the intricate guitar riffs, lush harmonies, cool percussive elements and a chorus perfect to sing along to, making this a great song for radios and for those reflective moments home alone.

Speaking about the song, Bellah Mae said,
The day I wrote this song I almost didn’t go to the studio and literally cried in the Uber on the way there. I was in Nashville and going through a rough heartbreak. I had zero expectations for the song I wrote that day, but it turned out to be this one because it was so personal and true to how I was feeling.
