I am really enjoying the tone of his voice and how smooth, yet heartfelt his vocal delivery is gliding beautifully over the infectious production. Apart from his vocals, I am particularly fond of the intricate acoustic guitar riffs seamlessly paired with a punchy beat and banjo, dramatic piano chords and rhythms that together create an overall warm, heartfelt atmosphere. This is a story about a young couple in an old fishing town... I imagine its the 1800, the young man is looking for approval for his girlfriends hand in marriage and the old fish boat captain needs him to prove his worth the old fashion way.
