Michal Leah Unveils New Single ‘What Are We Doing?’
Chicago-born, Nashville-based soul-pop songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Michal Leah shares her brand new single What Are We Doing?, the latest single to be taken from her new EP, part two, which is out now via Nettwerk Music.
I am loving her rich, soulful vocals which exude so much passion and emotion, beautifully drawing our attention to her relatable storytelling. There's something timeless and classic about this song that keeps me coming back to it over and over again. Apart from her charismatic and confident vocals, I am particularly fond of the upbeat production that pairs jazz-y piano keys with funky guitar riffs, catchy handclaps and steady drum patterns that together create an overall warm, feel-good atmosphere with a chorus perfect to sing along to.

Michal describes the filming process,
Filming the music video for ‘What Are We Doing?’ was so incredible. It’s my first music video ever so that in itself was so exciting and special. I had the honor of working with Working Holiday who really brought this song to life and taught me so much about production and all that goes into it. I really couldn’t have done it without them and their incredible minds. We wanted this music video to be fun, mysterious, and playful, I think we did just that and more.
