Barny Fletcher Shares New Single ‘WOO!’
London-based singer/rapper Barny Fletcher has just shared his brand new single WOO!, the first single to be taken from Barny's forthcoming debut album, Lonestar, due out summer 2023 via Guin Records.
What I like the most about this song is how effortless his vocal delivery sounds, gliding naturally over the chilled out production. A celebration of love, WOO! is an exuberant anthem that showcases Barny's impeccable lyrical flow alongside slick, ethereal production that blends hip-hop and r&b elements. I am particularly fond of the thumping beat and subtle piano keys that enhance the emotion pouring from his vocals. This song came about during a 40 minute jam session with production trio PBnJ, who work from The Eagle’s iconic Doghouse studio, nestled deep in the heart of LA's Westside. WOO! is a celebration of the kinda love that makes you feel truly alive. It could be a person, place, an experience, a time. Like damn. WOOOOOOOOoooOOO! It’s an adrenaline rush, and the beauty is, people just get it.
