Nashville-based duo Jaye Madison, consisting of twin sisters Jordan and Madison Skinner, have just shared their brand new single Devil I Know, the latest single to be taken from their debut EP, Mirror: Framework, out now! 

 

I am really enjoying their powerful, passionate vocals and harmonies that are packed with raw emotion and confidence, instantly drawing the listener's to their relatable story of self-sabotage. Devil I Know takes the listener on a journey of self-discovery starting with giving into self-doubt, defeatism, and negative self-talk. The overall message of the song aims to encourage and empower listeners to confront their inner demons and become who they are meant to be! 

 

You can clearly feel the passion and anger pouring from their vocals, feelings that are matched by the build up in energy of the production. Apart from their vocals, I am particularly fond of the soaring guitars and steady percussive elements that create the perfect soundscape for their vocals and storytelling to soar. Check it out below!
