FNTN Share New Single ‘Setting Sun’

Los Angeles-based band FNTN have just shared their brand new single Setting Sun, a wistful, psychedelic surf rock song about moving on after losing a friend or romantic partner. 

 

Out now via Burned Blue Records, Setting Sun is a self-produced record that marks the beginning of a new era for the band. This gem draws influences from 60s Beatlesque pop, 70s rock, 80s indie, and 90s shoegaze, with its hazy guitars and punchy drum patterns transporting the listeners to a long lost summer night. The sun-soaked guitars are definitely my favourite part of the song and, combined with the lively drums, they create a memorable soundscape for the confident vocals and storytelling to soar.
