Sonic Løland & Simen Mitlid Share New Single ‘Everything At Once’

Norwegian artist Sonic Løland has just shared his brand new single Everything At Once, the latest single to be taken from Sonic's upcoming debut album, An Then the Sun Came Up, set to arrive in September. 

 

For this song, Sonic Løland teamed up with fellow Norwegian singer-songwriter Simen Mitlid whose vocals are nicely paired with Sonic's, creating warm and endearing harmonies packed with emotion and touches of melancholia. I am particularly fond of the intricate acoustic guitar melodies and how warm and intimate the song sounds, making it perfect for an introspective day at home. Everything At Once is an acoustic and two-part folk song, which after a melancholy first half extends towards a mantra-like crescendo where the song title is repeated over noisy feedback guitars, distorted percussion and a lonely piano.
