Jean Sam x Michael Rankiao x David Jay Share New Single ‘KARMA’

Danish HipHop and EDM record producer and DJ Jean Sam has teamed up with Danish/Gambian singer, songwriter and entertainer David Jay and Venezuelan artist and producer Michael “Michael Rankiao” Martinez, to deliver an upbeat, multicultural mashup song called KARMA. 

 

Out now via PM Recordings, KARMA is an upbeat cross-over Dancepop x Tropical R&B single with influences from Dancehall and Latin music that instantly got me in a good mood and wanting to get up and dance. I am loving David Jay's smooth, soulful vocals which infuse the song with a cool R&B/Afro-pop touch that is paired with Michael Rankiao's Latin American rhythmic dance flavours and tight machine-gun-fiery spit of the tip of his Spanish tongue. 

 

Their talents are wrapped around Jean Sam's polished production that brings together a pushy afro-dancehall beat on the kick with synthy backdrop atmosphere and the sweet, sentimental touch of R&B that together create an overall warm, upbeat atmosphere perfect for a summer pool party or carefree days by the beach.
