Gorran Shares New Single ‘I’m Sorry’

London-based alt-pop artist Gorran has just shared his brand new single I'm Sorry, an infectious and playful indie-pop cut.

The first single to be taken from Gorran's 7-track debut EP, Grown Up, set for release in July, I'm Sorry is an emotive track about being in a confusing place in a relationship, not being truly honest with each other or ourselves. This relatable message is beautifully conveyed through his gorgeous, passionate vocal delivery which has a catchy gritty touch that won me over from the start. Gorran's irresistibly warm timbre glides effortlessly over an infectious production that seamlessly blends laid-back RnB melodies with a sumptuous pop-laden soundscape and dramatic electro beats. Gorran said about the single,
I wrote ‘I’m Sorry’ when I was in a very confusing place in a relationship. We weren’t being honest with ourselves or with each other about how we were feeling, so I wrote down everything I wanted to say to her, and this song was the result. The lyrics are very sad, but the instrumental is playful and childlike, representing how we were hiding our true feelings from each other at the time.
