Shaker Neon, the brain child of long time friends composers, producers, songwriters and multi instrumentalists Dom James and Tommy Antonio, have just shared their brand new single Lose Control, a super smooth, sun-soaked piece of alternative/indie-r&b. 

 

For this song, the talented duo enlisted the help of singer-songwriter Scarlett Fae whose lush vocals ooze so much soul and soar effortlessly over the chilled out production. Lose Control is a song about falling hard for someone who doesn’t feel the same way... when friendship turns into something else, one night for them, but much more for you . You try to pretend like it’s nothing but your body takes over, you lose control. This message is beautifully conveyed through Scarlett Fae's evocative vocals which are backed by a smooth beat that is nicely paired with a funky bass, steady percussion and epic saxophone breaks that create an overall sun-soaked, feel-good atmosphere.
