nxtime & The Late Share New Single ‘I’m Feeling’

New York City-based band nxtime, consisting of producer, singer-songwriter Ray Rubio, guitarist/producer Nate Thompson and drummer Imhotep Williams, have teamed up with fellow US artist The Late to deliver their brand new single I'm Feeling, a smooth indie/r&b-infused pop song out now via Camel, 

 

I am loving how Ray Rubio's lush vocals are nicely paired with The Late's warmer tone and how both are packed with so much soul and emotion, instantly connecting the listeners to their relatable storytelling. I'm Feeling is a song about waiting for the person you want to be with to leave a toxic relationship they are in. On top of that there is distance and feelings of isolation. I am loving the way the band convey the vulnerability of such experiences over a captivating production that features infectious electronics intertwined with lush guitar riffs, steady drum patterns and cool rhythms that create an overall warm, laid-back atmosphere.
