momoyo Share New Single ‘Bones’

Belgian band momoyo, consisting of musicians of Jan Verstraeten, Noémie Wolfs, and Uncle Wellington, have just shared their brand new single Bones, a warm and dreamy piece of lo-fi/indietronica out now via Starman Records.

I am loving those dreamy, enchanting vocals which flow beautifully over the chilled out production, instantly drawing our attention from start to finish. Taken from their forthcoming album Gaps In Time, Bones explores the constructions we create as humans in order to make sense of the world around us. The track expresses the universal need for a sturdy framework of bones which can carry our ever-growing scar tissue. This message is wrapped around a memorable production featuring floating beats nicely paired with lo-fi synths and warm rhythms that create quite a soothing atmosphere perfect for a laid-back dat at home.
