Jake Lancer Shares New Single ‘Paris’

New York City-based singer and songwriter Jake Lancer has just shared his brand new single Paris, a 90s-inspired dance ballad. 

 

Taken from his forthcoming project TAKE OFF!, Paris tells a wistful love story of saying goodbye to a lover at the cost of heartbreak. Although he knows his lover must leave for Paris, the track tells the story through his yearning emotions yet silenced voice. I am really enjoying the tone of his sultry voice which glides beautifully over the polished electro-pop production. I am particularly fond of the lush, bright synths, cool percussion and unforgettable hook that make the song quite a memorable listening experience. Check it out below!
