Fior Shares Debut Single ‘Let Me Go’

Fior, the moniker of Los Angeles-based 21-year-old singer and songwriter Zoe Fioravanti, has just shared her official debut single Let Me Go, a defiant anthem about creating freedom by breaking cycles.

Out now via Two Thousand Records, Let Me Go is a perfect introduction of Fior's talents to the world. The 21-year-old artist creates sleek, beat-driven, pop-infused music with elements of funk, soul, disco and rock. Let Me Go showcases a modern, atmospheric quality to her sound that I fell in love with and that I find perfect for a chill weekend.

This chill atmospheric vibe is nicely paired with trap-infused beats and symphonic swells that create a rich, textural backdrop for her lush, expressive vocals to soar. As the title implies, Let Me Go is a song about wanting to move on, to break free of something that is holding us back. This lovely song is accompanied by a gorgeous music video, directed by Patrick ''Embryo'' Tapu, which effortlessly embodies the song's message and warm atmosphere. Check it out below!

Speaking about the song, Fior said,
The song “Let Me Go” was inspired by a relationship that ended three years ago. Over the past three years there has been a constant cycle of the boy that I loved pulling me back in, yet never fully wanting to commit. This song is a breakthrough in the cycle I was continuously falling for. The words “Let Me Go” speak for themselves. It means it’s time to move on to something better, to break free from the restraint that has been holding me back.
