AVIV Shares New Single ‘Failed English’

Canadian 15-year-old indie-pop singer and songwriter AVIV has just shared her brand new single Failed English, an upbeat, feel-good pop song.

Out now via Photo Finish Records, Failed English is a song about the nasty feelings one has following a breakup, and you start demonizing the other person as a way to deal with the pain. This message is beautifully conveyed through her smooth, expressive vocals which glide beautifully over an upbeat pop production. I am particularly fond of the funk-fueled bubbling beats, cool guitar riffs, shiny synths and overall sweet melodies that create an overall feel-good atmosphere. Accompanying the release, AVIV has shared its official music video which beautifully embodies the song's message and warm atmosphere. Check it out below!

Speaking about the song, AVIV said it,
explores the somewhat nasty feelings which erupted following a breakup and demonization of the individual who broke up with you as a defence mechanism.
