Lisa Heller Shares New Single ‘so fixed’

Los Angeles-based singer and songwriter Lisa Heller has just shared her brand new single so fixed, a catchy pop song about struggling with anxiety.

I really like Lisa Heller's lovely vocals and how they nicely convey the emotion of her relatable storytelling. so fixed is a song about overthinking and struggling with anxiety to the point of wanting to give up, sharing a positive message that things do get better. This positive message is wrapped around catchy pop melodies packed with warm electronics, cool piano keys and cool beat that create an overall feel-good atmosphere. Check it out below!

Speaking about the song, Lisa Heller said,
After finishing my first tour leg ever, I'm so excited to be sharing my latest single with the world. I wrote "so fixed" about getting caught up in your head. I have anxiety so overthinking and self sabotage are easy to become accustomed to. This song feels very real for me in this moment- this past July I was really struggling with my mental health. I wanted to give up on music, and to be honest, give up on life. Right when I was about to quit my life turned around. I now have a manager, an agent, and am officially a touring artist. My first tour included nationwide dates, college shows, and even opening up for Bryce Vine and Bea Miller. The crazy part is, even after watching some of my biggest dreams come true, it is so easy to fall back into bad mental health habits- the ones that made me fall into depression, look at myself as a failure, and assume the worst. I wanted to write a song that captured that feeling of self-sabotage and self-loathing. Mental health is always an important discussion because it can effect people from all walks of life.
