Natalie Shay Unveils New Single ‘New Wave’

London-based multi award-winning, indie pop/rock artist Natalie Shay has just shared her brand new single New Wave, a bright piece of electro-pop music about the butterflies and excitement of getting into a romantic relationship with someone. 

 

I am a fan of her lovely, expressive vocals and how they beautifully convey the emotion of her relatable storytelling. I am particularly fond of the retro, 80s-inspired production with the lush pulsing synth beats being nicely intertwined with catchy percussion and backing melodies that create an overall feel-good atmosphere. Written alongside Kaity Rae, New Wave's lyrics burst in passion and flutters of nerves, delivering a relatable anthem for those new lovers.
