Lerocque & Icruyn Share New Single ‘Call It Off’

Lerocque, the moniker of Portuguese-born, Swiss-raised/based singer and songwriter Pedro Rodrigues, has teamed up with Boston-based producer Icruyn to deliver an upbeat electro-pop song titled Call It Off. 

I adore Lerocque's rich, deep vocals which flow quite smoothly in this song and are nicely paired with distorted, low-pitched vocals in the chorus that instantly infuse the song with a hypnotic touch. Call It Off is a relatable song about the end of a relationship, mostly because the spark is already gone and you're not willing to fight for it anymore. This message is wrapped around a memorable electronic production that incorporates granular basslines and sustained strings to produce a clearly ethereal sound throughout the song.
