Naah Shares New Single ‘Better Than Love’

Swedish singer and songwriter Naah has just shared her brand new single Better Than Love, a bright piece of indie-electronic music written as a tribute to her friends.

Written and produced by Naah, producer C Gold and keyboardist Björn Eriksson, Better Than Love is a beautiful piece of indie/electro-pop music with bright synths and catchy beat that create an overall warm atmosphere for her vocals and storytelling to soar. I am particularly fond of the tone of Naah's vocals which sound both vulnerable and powerful at the same time, effortlessly connecting the listeners to her storytelling.

Better Than Love is her way to saying thanks to her friends that have always been there for her and helped her through the pandemic. The song's chorus is perfect to sing along to, giving the song that anthemic touch that makes the song great to sing out loud with your friends in the summer nights. Check it out below!

Speaking about the song, Naah said,

’Last year was the worst time for me and not just because of the coronaviruses. I was quite depressed and couldn't be creative at all for the first time in my life. I spent lots of time with my friends and they really helped me through it and when I finally could write again I noticed that I struggled lyrics-wise. Before, I often wrote about heartbreaks but that felt quite off to write about now cause It’s not really a part of my life at the moment. So I wrote this song as a tribute to my friends. It was super easy and fun and I honestly don’t know why I haven’t done it before. They are such a big part of my life and really deserve it.’
