Eva Snyder Shares New Single ‘Hometown’
Nashville-based singer and songwriter Eva Snyder has just shared her brand new single Hometown, a cool pop song.
I am really enjoying the tone of her vocals and how they nicely connect the listener to her storytelling. Hometown is a song perfect to sing to an ex as it shares a message of being sucessful in life while the ex didn't leave their hometown and didn't do much with their lives. I like the attitude and confidence of this song and how it is wrapped around a warm production with cool guitar riffs beautifully intertwined with steady percussion which make the song perfect to listen to while driving around or when relaxing at home. Check it out below!
Speaking about the song, Eva Snyder said,
I wrote Hometown before realizing the spunk and attitude it would own as time went by. It’s my way of getting back at all of the people from my hometown who convinced me I wouldn’t achieve my dreams. My favorite line in the whole song is ‘I moved to California and you’re still living with your mama’, it’s 100% true and inspired the entire song. It’s gritty. It’s honest. And I hope it’s relatable.
