I am really enjoying how their vocals fit nicely together and instantly draw the listener's attention to their relatable storytelling. Thousand Stars is a song that takes you back to a time before the pandemic; where the spring season was a time full of light and hope. Apart from their lovely vocals I am really enjoying the energy of the production with driving guitar lines and punchy percussion that creates an overall sun-soaked atmosphere that reminds me of long summer days. The song has really pushed us both as artists, to improve creatively as songwriters and to dare to try new things such as structure, instruments, and other small details. It is easy to create the same thing repeatedly, but that is not really pushing yourself as a songwriter.
