ETAN Shares New Single ‘Feels Like Running’
London-based musician and producer ETAN has just shared her brand new single Feels Like Running, an infectious electro-pop song that shares a message of self-love, body positivity and encouragement.
I am really enjoying the song's positive, feel-good atmosphere and how her lush vocals are nicely backed by the electroninc production. I am particularly fond of the driving beat and how the chorus is perfect to sing along to.
ETAN always loved running, but after she was life-threateningly injured in a car accident a few years ago, she was told she could never run again. Living life with a disability offered a new and unique perspective, as she continued to pursue her career as an artist, undeterred.
Accompanying the release, ETAN shared its official music video, directed by Olucreates, which is a collaboration with double Paralympian and GB sprinter Julie Rogers. Check it out below!
Speaking about the song, ETAN said,
When I actually managed to run it was unbelievable. If we choose to look within, appreciate ourselves and love ourselves for every effort, regardless of the never-ending competition and comparison we see around us. This is not a race, respect your pace.
