Riotron Shares New Single ‘Lights Go Out’

Following the release of his 80s-inspired electro-pop track I'm Sorry, Canadian retro wave popstar Riotron, the brainchild of singer/songwriter Jeff Fettes, is back with his brand new single Lights Go Out.

I am really enjoying his pop vocal delivery which soars over the upbeat electro-pop production packed with cool horns, groovy bass guitar riffs and lush synths. I am also enjoying that the song has somewhat of a dark atmosphere to it, instantly transporting me to those dark clubs dancing the night away. Check it out below!




Speaking about the song, Riotron said,

I liked the title ‘Lights Go Out’ because it has so much subtext with all of the things that can happen in the dark. A dark club, a dark bedroom or even the darkness in our minds.
