MOSCH Shares New Single ‘Lowkey’
New York rising R&B and Hip-Hop artist MOSCH has just shared his brand new single Lowkey, a smooth piece of Contemporary R&B taken from his upcoming debut project, Disclaimer: I'm No Good For You, set to arrive this winter.
I am really enjoying the tone of MOSCH's vocals and how they instantly make his music recognisable and captivating. MOSCH's smooth vocal delivery is beautifully paired by a laid-back production that got me hooked right after the very first listen. In Lowkey, MOSCH sings about a passionate late-night romance and this relatable story soars beautifully over the polished production with his vocals taking centre stage. This is one of those songs that will get you in a good, relaxed mood thanks to its chill vibes and I think you guys will love it too. I really hope he continues to pursue this sonority and can't wait to hear more from him.
Accompanying the release is a captivating music video which was shot in his hometown of Geneva, NY and directed by Lukejdid. Check it out below!
Speaking about the song, MOSCH said,
When I first started writing the song it was kind of just a general song with no real meaning, but as I added to it slowly began to explain how in that moment of my life all I wanted was the intimacy of a relationship. However, I found that I wasn’t in the right mindset for a relationship, so instead I looked for the love I desperately needed in ‘late night links & nighttime lovers.’ One of the main goals for my music has been to help others who deal with the same struggles as I do. As someone who has always struggled with relationships, I know it’s nice to be able to put on a song and know that there is someone out there who can relate to what you’re going through.
