Haunter Share New Single ‘Miss Me’ ft. RILEY
Los Angeles-based 4-piece band Haunter have just shared their sophomore single Miss Me, featuring fellow California-based artist RILEY.

Miss Me is a song that shows both sides to a break-up and the tension that comes when things fall apart. This relatable storytelling is perfectly backed by an upbeat electro-pop production with an emo vibe to it. I am really enjoying Lucy's passionate vocal delivery and how her vocals fit perfectly against RILEY's. I am really enjoying the song's infectious energy mostly thanks to its punchy percussion and emotive piano keys. Miss Me has also a chorus that is perfect to sing along to and that gives the song somewhat of an anthemic atmosphere. If you're into relatable storytelling backed by a polished indie-tinged, electro-pop production with infectious melodies and passionate vocal delivery, then you'll enjoy Miss Me. Speaking about the song, Haunter said,
This song speaks how there are two sides to a break up. We wanted to talk about the tension that exists when things fall apart, discovering your self worth, wishing things went differently and knowing you aren't completely innocent in how the relationship ends. Break ups are the worst but it's a common human experience and we wanted to be able to share a semi-autobiographical story about it. We partnered with our friend R I L E Y to embody the other side of the story.
